1. General Information

These Delivery and Payment Terms apply to all reservations made via www.ramerinotoscana.it and govern the method of delivery of services and payment conditions provided by VP BETA s.r.o., Sliezska 9, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

2. Nature of the Service and Digital Delivery

The service provided is short-term apartment rental.

As the service is of a digital and time-specific nature, no physical goods are delivered.

Delivery of the service is considered completed when:

• the booking is confirmed by email, and

• the Guest receives all necessary booking details, including check-in instructions, via electronic communication (email or online system).

Access to the accommodation is granted on the arrival date specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for the accommodation is required in advance.

Accepted payment method:

• Payment card via Comgate payment gateway

By completing the payment, the Guest confirms the booking and enters into a binding accommodation contract.

The Company does not store or process payment card details; all payments are handled securely by the Comgate payment service provider.

4. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through Comgate, a licensed payment service provider operating in compliance with applicable EU regulations and security standards (including PCI DSS).

The Company shall not be liable for technical errors or outages on the side of the payment service provider.

5. Failure of Payment

If the payment is not successfully completed:

• the booking will not be confirmed, and

• the Company reserves the right to release the reserved dates for other customers.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the applicable Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions displayed during the booking process.

If a refund is granted:

• it will be processed to the same payment card used for the original transaction,

• via the Comgate payment system,

• within the legally required timeframe.

7. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the Guest acknowledges that the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided for a specific date or period.

8. Taxes and Fees

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Any additional local fees (e.g. tourist tax), if applicable, will be disclosed during the booking process or upon arrival.

9. Final Provisions

These Delivery and Payment Terms are valid from the date of publication on www.ramerinotoscana.it.

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.
