  1. GeneralProvisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between VP BETA s.r.o., Sliezska 9, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, or “us”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest” or “you”) regarding accommodation and related services booked via the website www.ramerinotoscana.it. 

By making a reservation through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

 

  1. Bookingand Contract Formation 

A booking is considered binding once: 

  • the Guest completes the online booking process, and 
  • receives a booking confirmation by email from the Company. 

The booking confirmation constitutes a binding accommodation contract. 

 

  1. Pricesand Payments 

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 

Payment conditions: 

  • A full payment will be required at the time of booking. 
  • Upon the arrival, you will be requested to pay for extra services, if demanded: 

Extra bed 100eur per week 

Extra child bed 50eur per week 

Small dog 100eur per week and 

  • refundable deposit in the amount of 200eur to cover possible damages during your stay. 

The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms. 

 

  1. Cancellationand Modification Policy 

Cancellation is possible to make in written form addressed to a company email at vacation@ramerinotoscana.it at the following conditions: 

A cancellation made within: 

60 days prior your booked date at the cost of 20% of the paid amount 

between 59 and 35 days prior your booked date at the cost of 50% of the paid amount 

from 34 days prior your booked date at the cost of 90% of the paid amount 

in a no-show event, no refund is available. 

The Cancellation will be handled over the email communication. Remaining amount, based on the time period in which the cancellation was made, will be returned by bank transfer to the account from which the booking payment had been made, within 14 days from the date, when the cancellation was accepted and the remaining amount was confirmed by the the Company. 

 

  1. Check-in andCheck-out 
  • Check-in: from 16:00 on the booked date of arrival 
  • Check-out: by 10:00 on the booked date of departure 

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 

 

  1. GuestObligations 

Guests agree to: 

  • Use the accommodation responsibly and respectfully 
  • Follow the safety rules provided at the property 
  • Not cause damage to property or disturb other guests 

The Guest is liable for any damage caused during their stay and agrees to compensate the Company for repair or replacement costs. 

 

  1. MaximumOccupancy

The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking confirmation. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. 

 

  1. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for: 

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings 
  • Injuries or accidents occurring on the premises unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct 
  • Guests are advised to take out appropriate travel and health insurance. 

 

  1. ForceMajeure 

The Company shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures. 

 

  1. DataProtection 

Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  1. GoverningLaw and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. 
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovak courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. 

 

  1. FinalProvisions 

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of booking shall apply. 

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
