The five units that constitute Residence Ramerino were designed to ensure privacy and comfort to each group of guests. Each apartment has a private independent entrance, however some of them may be connected for large families or groups of friends.

Conditions and information
- Prices per one week (check-in Saturday after 16:00hrs and check-out the next Saturday by 10:00hrs)
- On your arrival you will be requested a deposit of € 200 per apartment, which will be given back on your departure if no damage will result in the apartment
- There is no restaurant service

- Wi-fi
- Use of the common spaces and the swimming pool (in summer)
- Private car parking
- Weekly cleaning (saturday)
- Weekly change of the linen (saturday)
- The towels for the swimming pool are available
- Consumptions: electricity, water, gas
- Washing machine and barbecue to be shared
- Safety box in every apartment (except in Picchio)
- VAT
- Taxes
Extra cost
- Use of the sofa bed: € 100,00/week
- Child: € 50,00/week
- Small dog: € 100,00/week
Note
In the apartments there is no TV and telephone line. The residence has a place where the telephone signal has a good reception and it is therefore possible to call with your mobile from there and to connect to the internet. In case you do not have any internet connection device the nearest internet shops are in Venturina and Suvereto.
